  6. Well, here  are  some  things  that you
  7. have to remember if you wanna make some
  8. clip-arts for this mag.......
  9. ¹
  10. 1. You can make your clip-art in either
  11.    12    colours, 15  colours   or   16
  12.    colours.
  13.  
  14. 2. The format  of  your  clip-art  must
  15.    max. be: 320 x 180 or 640 x 180.

  18.      ³HOW TO CONSCRUCT THE PALETTE 
  19. ¹
  20. 1. First  choose   16  colours  in  the
  21.    start-up screen  in  Dpaint  or  any
  22.    program similar to this.

  24. 2. Never change the background colour !
  25.    It has to be black.
  26.  
  27. 3. If  you  are  doing  a  12  coloured
  28.    clip-art, then : reserve the first 3
  29.    colours for the  mag  routine,  that
  30.    means  don't  use  them   in    your
  31.    clip-art. When I  say  the  first  3
  32.    colours  in  the  palette I mean the
  33.    first 3 colours after the background
  34.    colour.

  36. 4. If  you  are  doing  a  15  coloured
  37.    clip-art, then : reserve  the  first
  38.    colour  for  the  mag  routine, that
  39.    means,  don't  use   it   in    your
  40.    clip-art. When  I  say   the   first
  41.    colour  I  mean,  the  first  colour
  42.    after the background colour.

  44. 5. If  you  are  doing  a  16  coloured
  45.    clip-art,   then :    Paint  like  a
  46.    maniac, but remember: do  not change
  47.    the background colour, it  has to be
  48.    black. And one  thing  more : If you
  49.    use  all  the  16  colours  in  your
  50.    clip-art, then we cant put it in the
  51.    text, unless the first colour is the
  52.    same colour as normal text colour.
